Attest

Vouch for a specific, real thing about someone — not a star rating, a concrete claim. This builds a real NIP-01 event (kind 3300, persona's own attestation shape), signs it with window.nostr (any NIP-07 signer — the persona extension or another), and publishes it to real public relays. There's no separate "send this to them" step — publishing to a relay is the delivery; anyone can look it up by querying for events tagging that pubkey, same as the lookup below does.
